Yep. Autumn is here. And in these parts, you can’t throw a rock without hitting a yogi who is talking about change. As the leaves drop and the sky darkens, you can’t ignore the heaviness in the air. Death, the great transformer, is on our doorstep.
What action should I take, or should I take no action at all? Do I need to take the bull by the horns and press on into the night until reaching the dawn? Or do I drop in to the heaviness, reveling in it’s great weight and soaking up it’s power? Will I miss great opportunities while observing the slow, natural progression of death and decay, patiently waiting for the time of rebirth?
This fall, are you going to run, walk, or be still?
